Our Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, whether it be because of a problem of size, or fit, or it is simply not the thing that you expected it to be, you have a period of fifteen days to return the item, counting from the day that you received it. As soon as we receive the returned item, we shall reimburse you through the very same means of payment that you used to make the purchase. Below you will find detailed instructions on how to return a product.It is not possible to exchange one item for another different one in the same order. So, if you wish to change a product, please return the item that you do not want and when you have been reimbursed, please place a new order for the item that you want.

Please remember that all returned items should be in an unused state and in the very same condition as that in which they were originally sent out to you.

Return of erroneus or blemished products

We do not usually get it wrong, but if by some chance we have had a restless night, or if our neurons have temporarily gone a little haywire, you just might have been sent the wrong item. If that should be the case, please do not worry, we will reimburse you for the amount of money that you paid or we will replace the erroneous item for the one you had originally ordered from us without any additional cost to you.

Should you consider the item to be defective in any way, we will deal with your complaint in the same way. Whenever the item shows any kind of blemish or imperfection, we will refund the money or substitute the item for another one as soon as possible, always within 30 days of our confirming that the item will be replaced or refunded due to its having some kind of imperfection.

How to return a product erroneus or blemished product?

A. Spain (Peninsula and Balearic Islands):

1. Send an email to soporte@kukuxumusu.com indicating the order number and the items to be returned. If you feel that the item is defective in any way or if you have received an erroneous product, please indicate the error clearly in the e-mail or call us by telephone at (+34) 671 77 50 47.

2. Prepare the parcel. Please place the item in its original box. Include the invoice and please mark the item or items which are being returned with an X.

3. Please have the parcel ready as soon as you can, because when we receive your e-mail, the transport company will be notified immediately to pick up the parcel at your address.

4. As soon as the item has been returned to us, you will be reimbursed by the very same method of payment as you used to purchase the product. Please bear in mind that the reimbursement could take a couple of days to enter your credit card or PayPal account.

No charge will be made to you if you wish to return any item or products. We take on full costs in these transactions

B. Outside of Spain:

How to return a product it does not fit, you do not like or it is not what you expected?

Underwear returns

For hygienic reasons it is not possible to accept the return of underwear items. In the case where such an article might reveal a defect originating from the factory, we will make a complete refund of the purchase cost to you.

The legal right to waiver the purchase:

In line with current legal regulations, you may waiver the purchase contract at any time within a period of 15 working days from the date that the order has been received. In this case, you will be fully reimbursed for the payment of the said items. You may exercise your legal right to relinquish the purchase process in any way within the law and this right will be recognized as valid by the sending of a standard renunciation document which we will provide for you or by returning the unused products purchased. This regulation will not affect other legal rights which the consumer has within the existing legal legislation.

Contractual Renunciation Rights

In addition to the renunciation rights legally recognized for consumers and purchasers as mentioned above, we will provide a period of fifteen days counting from the date that the item or items have been delivered to you, to return the items without any kind of compromise on the part of the consumer. In these cases, there will be a full reimbursement made of the amount paid by the consumer. You may exercise your renunciation rights by getting in contact with us through our standard means of contact or by returning the items to us.
