ll Kukuxumusu products may be returned within a period of fifteen days
from the date of delivery. Should the size be the wrong one or if you
are simply not satisfied with the product, we can change it for you or,
should you prefer it, reimburse your money.
It is up to you to decide.
Please remember it is neither in our interest nor in yours to be left dissatisfied in any way with our products.
Please send us back the article with the invoice details and let us
know if you would like a replacement item or whether you would prefer
to be reimbursed to the following address:

NB.-Kukuxumusu will only refund the mailing costs involved in the
return of the product where the order delivered has been due to an
error on our part or where the item has been seen to be defective. The
cost of mailing a replacement item (should this be requested) will be
covered by The Kukuxumusu Online Shop.
